  There are a lot of sites out there but none of them are legit (even though they may look legit). You would be paying for a fake certificate. Some Federal laws, such as the Fair Housing Amendments Act, Section 504 of the Rehab Act, or Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act may protect some people with disabilities from being evicted because of a service dog. Not all rental housing is covered by a disability law. A qualified attorney can determine whether you qualify under any of these laws and whether or not your landlord is exempted under them."

  If the dog is used for mobility or other physical demands for the handler they have to be a certain weight and be tall enough. some dogs run small as others have no problem. The puppy my boyfriend and I are training just met the weight and is tall enou gh for her to be capable to handle bracing and his weight leaning on her at times.
