Looking to get a few estimates for a ceiling repair...damaged by an ice dam. needs to have 1/2 the room ceiling removed and replaced, repaint entire ceiling. don't think there is much damage above! Recommendations? Thanks in advance

Can anyone recommend a good tile person in the area? Had my bathrooms retiled in May and the original guy won't come back to fix. This is what one has looked like from the day he left! Help! Thank you! :)
All - recently put central air in the house and have some exposed ductwork I'm looking to "box in". Anyone have any previous experience with this? Have you used a regular contractor or gone to a specific drywall company. TIA!
