  I also operate a free family law information website - DIY Family Law Australia - that is our facebook page and this is a link to the parenting and child issues free fact sheets which you should find helpful. There are free fact sheets on 15 other topi cs too - about 200 all up on every aspect of family law including children, property, divorce, separation, mediation, violence, adoption, surrogacy etc. The website has an ecommerce store going live in 4-6 weeks with DIY Kits ranging in price from $15 to $140 for parenting plans, consent orders, affidavits etc with a detailed guide on how to complete, word precedent template document to complete and 3 completed examples. You might find all the info you need in the free fact sheets without have to go to a lawyer :-)
