They showed up before scheduled time, asked us questions about the giant pile of boxes and furniture; and got to work. They were very friendly, easy to talk with, efficient, and incredibly FAST. I've never seen movers that were so careful with furniture as these guys. They moved us in inclement weather, and had our furniture and piano in the house despite an icy and slippery driveway. They even helped arrange the piano and other furniture items. Moving is generally a painful experience, but I felt comfortable with NES from the start. At no point did I get the impression that these guys would throw hidden costs at me. Were I to move again or need pianos moved again, I would hire these guys without a second thought. And did I mention, Nick is hilarious!
