  Boudreau & Thibodeau's in Houma serve fried alligator, alligator sausage, and alligator sauce piquante. 985.872.4711 Zydeco's and Lil G's serve alligator sausage. Both restaurants are on Belle Chasse Hwy. Hope this helps.
