  The Foleck Center in Downtown Norfolk. 201 College Pl Norfolk, VA 23510 (757) 623-0283 Very personable dentist and dental hygienists. A little costly, but well worth it. When they say your appointment is at 2:30, you're in the chair at 2:29.
