  We have starting the process of down sizing. We had an estate sale planned, but my mother in laws nerves can't handle it ( we think). Looking for alternatives. Looking at ebay, auction house in Lexington, possible garage/ "estate" sale. Need ideas on helping with antiques and value. Any suggestions? I also have a christening gown , crocheted baby carriage top (framed), and baby clothes that are over 100yrs old but not from here and not family pieces. Help!
