I have a 14yr old Sheltie that needs to be groomed. I have taken him to Petsmart in the past., however the last time i took him there they contacted the vet i had listed and tried to get them to say i was starving/abusing my dog. He is pretty skinny and is also under the care and supervision of a vet. All of his tests have come back normal and the vet is fairly certain his weight issue is due to old age. Im looking for a groomer who can be extra gentle with him as he feels so frail. He is easy to bath/groom,not mean or nippy at all.But he cant stand as long as most groomers would want as his hind muscles are deteriorating and getting weak. Can anyone recomend a nice, AFFORDABLE(i had my hours cut at work) groomer? Also has anyone ever used the Self Service dog was at PetCo?How was it?

ISO dog groomer in Champlin. I saw a post awhile back about someone who had a business out of her home and forgot the name of it. Just need my doggies nails clipped and am tired of going to petsmart. :) Thanks!
