  Commercial Service came out several years when my husband was on travel and they could have totally got me to buy a new unit, but they found it was dust on a part and had it fixed in a few seconds. While my husband had used them for work, we hadn't used them at home. I loved their integrity and we have them come back twice a year now to keep things running smoothly.
