Their signature Aroma Coffee is fantastic, although probably terrible for you. They also have fantastic meal options, and they give you a little chocolate with every drink order. For people who balk at Starbucks prices, they will struggle even more at Aroma. It is very pricy, and for some of the food items you don't feel like you are getting your money's worth. The service is also spotty, a few of the employees are great, but I find most of them are pretty grumpy- especially compared to the average service you would receive at a Starbucks. For the price I would expect them to keep their employees happy, which should translate to better service.
