  I have a question. We are currently having problems with dog walkers in our field and attacking our ponies. 2 of the pony were attacked by the dogs back in September. We have contacted the police and the RSPCA and they aren't doing nothing about it. The police have witnessed the dogs in our field. Who else could I contact about the lack of responsibility the walkers have for these dogs? We have pictures of the paw prints on our side of the field and the fencing (chicken wire) they have up with holes in it. It has already been in the news paper but we want something done about these dogs. The walkers owe a £300 vet bill for the wound of one of the ponies rump!

  I STRONGLY urge you to speak to Mr Callis, Mr Mark Callis head Wandsworth dog warden . E Mail: mcallis@wandsworth.gov.uk Tel: 02088717132 .as he will know of any previous problems with this person, Mary and her company. He is worth talking to & cou ld offer advice re your next moves on this. Also regarding informing the owners. They NEED to know that their dogs could end up lost or shot or injuring horses. Also these people are bringing legitimate dog carers, walkers into disrepute. I would hazard a guess that he may well be able to help you. He will be aware of this woman Mary and her company http://MyDogWalker.com/ It could be that dogs from residents in Wandsworth have dogs going to this centre. He WILL know these people. . Didn't they walk on Putney heath until they got banned from there? They would never be given a licence. He can advise on whether the Dangerous dogs act can be brought into force. If you get photos of dogs entering your field then start up a facebook page so all on here can share.I've seen their van with this name on it in Battersea, Wandsworth , Chelsea and Putney. Give ALL your info to Mr Callis & if he can't help he may know someone who can. If he is not there speak to someone called Lisa, she has been there a long time & will know of any previous issues. Other wardens may not be aware as haven't been employed long enough there. Get the email addresses of vet surgeries in Battersea, Chelsea, Putney , Wandsworth, all the areas this company covers. Do a mass email to all the surgeries informing them that if they have any clients using this company they ought to be aware that their dogs are in danger of being lost or shot. Sorry I can't say more than this but I have given you as much information as I can & I urge you to take it.

  I've googled dog daycare, grafton lane, mydogwalker and can find nothing, can't find newspaper article either. Police can act due to new legislation brought in in last month or two. Do you have tangible names, dates, newspaper articles ?

  i think it was the Guardian. this is the website for them http://mydogwalker.co.uk/ they are renting the land from the same landlord as us. the landlord has been contacted yet nothing has been done. they are using chicken wire for large dogs. we have b een to court and they were told to put the fencing up as they are the ones causing trouble not us. the current owner of our yard is packing up her ponies as she has had enough of it and isn't enjoying them like she used to. they are cooped in there stables as it is just not safe for them and its not fair on them. I will contact the local dog warden and the local mp but i dont think they will do much if i'm honest x
