This is how our story unfolds; we employed this 'company' to completely rip out our garden and lay turf and a new patio. They did work extremely hard in doing so and whilst this was going on the female contacted us and requested that we pay because the young lads who were labouring wanted to go out over the weekend and she wanted to purchase her son an XBOXone for his birthday. So being the decent and fair people we are, we STUPIDLY paid them. 2 months down the line of them starting the job, it hasn't been fully completed and is not up to a satisfactory standard. We have tired on many occasions to get them back to complete the job and on a majority of occasions when they said they would return, guess what.....they never came back. We are now at the stage we have had to employ someone else to rectify their poor work and we are fighting a losing battle to try and get a refund from this woman to cover the cost of paying another tradesman. Having done a lot of research on this 'business', it would appear we aren't the only people to be out of pocket and have been sucked in by her deceat. I think it is only fair that people should be made aware about this 'business' and the best part is they don't even have business insurance that we can claim on. My research suggests that they aren't a registered business so whilst she is advertising, I would go as far as to say she is committing Fraud by false representation. I have collated all the evidence against her and this matter will betaken further as we have been more than reasonable with her over the past 2 months. If you would like to know who this person is or you want a decent honest tradesman then get in contact with me. We would not want anyone to go through what we have gone through but I did miss a trick whilst they were doing the garden, wished I asked for a money tree to be planted and then we can just pluck some money from it to pay this tradesman seen as her dishonest business has already had our money.Was this review helpful to you? -

Poor communication – you’ll be lucky if you get a contact number out of them – all communications go through Facebook (with the wife) and then they blame technical issues for not getting your message – how hard can it be??? Didn’t think the job through and didn’t plan ahead. All very rushed and ‘arse about face’. Didn’t read the instruction manual for the greenhouse dimensions – so built the brick base too small! Under-estimated the number of bricks needed, so wasted half a day trying to find more. Messy and untidy – have collected up drink bottles from around my garden, and cement/concrete powder all over my path and patio. I was promised they would pressure wash it clean. Don’t seem to understand the concept of cutting in or masking off – paint either everywhere it shouldn’t have been, or not necessarily where it should have been. Put on in one thick coat and not 2 coats, so I had to brush out sagging paint after they left. Oh, and wash out their paint clogged brushes. They promised to rectify the job and I have had nothing but a string of excuses and cancelled dates. Apparently it was meant to rain hard all day yesterday – and of course it didn’t, and nor was it forecast to!! Thankfully I didn’t part with any money other than that of the materials cost. Even his wife admitted to me that it was a bad job – I have the messages to prove it! Ignore this at your peril. Don’t say you weren’t warned!Was this review helpful to you?
