My 12.5 yr old OR spin was diagnosed w a primary lung tumor nov 1. After a CT was performed 11/17 it looked like there was no lymph node involvement. We removed the tumor and she was healing nicely when we got the biopsy results that showed a very aggressive type of cancer and unfortunate lymph node involvement. I started feeding her various fruits and veggies, lean proteins, shiitake mushrooms, tumeric dandelion root and cats claw. 12/30 an xray showed no visible tumors yet. The oncologist highly recommended chemo to extend her life by an extra two months. Anyone have any suggestions to slow down tumor growth, help me decide when the right time is and how do you make it hurt less?
