Extreme Deep Clean
About us
WE DO NOT LEAVE UNTIL IT IS PERFECT! We also guarantee our work, so if we missed something we will be back to take care of it.
We clean from the very top to the very bottom! If you provide a way for us to reach it... We'll take care of it. From the vents above your head to the tiny white spider dots in the corners of the floors. We move all the (easily movable) furniture. We vacuum underneath and behind all the furniture including under and behind the beds. We vacuum out couches also flipping them over and vacuuming the bottom where spiders love to live. We take down ALL light fixtures and wash them by hand, wash (not dust) the ceiling fan blades, clean the very TOP of the ceiling fan... Even the light bulbs! Strip the beds (wash, dry... Put fresh sheets back on the bed), vacuum under the beds... Wash the blinds (if needed)... Clean the Inside windows... Window sills... Door faces, frames and knobs...clean cabinet faces. Wash glass front and back doors. Attempt to perfect the shower, take the toilet seat off and clean thoroughly. Hand mop all floors. Change air filters, light bulbs... Inside the oven...we don't leave a room until we know it's PERFECT and we can say "ummm! Looks great!!"
Things that can be added ela carte that are not a part of the deep clean:
$25: Deep cleaning closets (baseboards, shelves...)
$50: Refrigerators (removal of all shelves and drawers-out dated food tossed and contents organized)
$25 an hour: Professional organizing (pantries, closets, kitchen cabinets)
Scrubbing floor grout [$10 per adjacent square (12X12 squares) aka... we DON'T want to clean your grout: Better option: call Ryan's Carpet for all your grout and carpet needs at 817-694-9674]
What we do not do: due to the possibility of stripping paint off walls we do not clean spots off walls that are not easily removable with a damp rag.

$20 per 100 sq ft.
Maintenance cleans range from $100-$200 per visit.

Once the tile installation is finished, I need TWO OR MORE people to clean everything inside this house from top to bottom: A/C vents (intake and return,) ceiling fans, blinds, tops and insides of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, window sills, window frames, baseboards. This white powder is quite challenging. I am not interested in a "one person operation" for this one. Whoever I hire needs to have at least 2 people and bring his/her own supplies.
