  Ok who is the best plumber in town (Newberg/Dundee)? I'm looking for more of an analysis and then fix things. My toilets flush twice, the refrigerator water/ice has a leak, I think, etc. I'm a renter but landlord is my mom/step-dad so I will absorb the cost since they aren't making anything off my rent.
