I am trying to help my elderly neighbors (Her - Parkinsons and Hodgkins and him recent brain surgery) find an AC company. I have checked the breakers, the batteries in the thermostat and nothing - the unit won't kick on. The man is willing to sign a yearly contract if he can get someone out asap. Any suggestions?
