  Two years in a row I hired a local reputable window cleaning company to also clean my gutters. Two years in a row, after they cleaned the gutters, the roof runoff from the next round of rain will spill over the gutter instead of coming through the downspout. The spillover rain created a mini pond on the flower bed directly under the roof. Luckily no leaks on the walls yet. Meanwhile, I want to have my gutters checked (not cleaned) to see how this can be prevented. Any recommendation for a gutter repair (and potentially installation) company? Thanks!
