  When I lived there a 4 ish years ago, I lived in the town homes that we called the Red Doors. I believe it was called Greenbriar Apartments, but the address was 101 Bear Path. It was owned by Roberta Green and she ran her business out of Butler Furniture, which is across the street from Lumpkin Co Sheriffs Office/ beside the Dahlonega Athletic Center. She owned a majority of the housing in town and was old as dirt so she might be dead now, it we paid $600/month for a 2/1.5 tow home. You can also check RentDahlonega.com and that has a couple of the real estate agencies all in one place
