  Just needing an answer from someone who knows more than I do about heating and air units. The house we bought in Monteagle has two units; one upstairs and one downstairs. The one downstairs is fine but the one upstairs will not blow out any heat. It says the heat is one but nothing comes out of the vents. When I put the fan to on, it comes on but blows out cool air. Does anyone know someone that works on HVAC units in the Monteagle area? I recently installed programmable units and didn't know if that could be the problem? Just needed some help.
