  I have loved Walter Brown Roofing for years. This iconic HOCO company is now being run by Walter Brown's worker, Matt Cisna, who now owns the company. The company is still headquartered in Elkridge, and typically underbids other firms and provides fi rst class work. I'm sure Matt (my daughter's Godmother's nephew who I have known since he was 8) can provide referrals as I understand he just got a bunch of roofing jobs in Wheatfield Community on Montgomery Road.
