  Michelle R. wrote: Ms. Lawrence listed my house for sale for 6 months. In that time she forcefully talked me into reducing the price by $10,000. She made no additional efforts to sell my house, and rarely checked in with me about any inquiries she received. My house only showed three times in six months. When I ended our contract, she came to my house, sent her husband (whom I've never even seen) to pull the sign from my yard and retrieve the lockbox. The key was left under my front mat, he never even knocked on the door to see if I was home. She called to make sure I was home, and let me know about the key. She never even came to professionally, and officially, end our contract. My neighbors watch everything that goes on iny neighborhood. Ms. Lawrence effectively left my house wide open to anyone in my neighborhood. I have not been at all impressed with Ms. Lawrence as a realtor. She is rarely even in town, and ignored an email I sent her for nearly a week (although she admitted she had clicked on it, but hadn't read it). This is not how you treat anyone, especially someone who has hired you to sell their house. Ms. Lawrence is a nice person, but not a good, or appropriate, realtor. I would not recommend her to anyone.
