You can verify this information simply by going to Facebook and searching the name. If a group has to create false names to review in order to give the highest marks, there must be something wrong with the organization. There is and as a member and driver for two years, I can honestly say I wouldn't trust my very important passenger to this group. There have been kitties lost in transit, transported with a deadly and contagious diseases, and two cats were stolen while enroute to their adopters. This information can be verified. Do yourself a huge favor and use another cat transport that does not have the type of issues URRKN has.

These ladies have been harassing URRKN many are banned and have been removed from their duties as admin's because of a variety of issues. They cannot and do NOT offer an accurate pciture of what URRKN does. My kitties are both healthy and safe and were vetted before transport, I had them vetted. If the adopter for T-me had done her Job, He might not have made it to her house. She can hold herself responsible for not having the kitty vetted. when you adopt a rescue rule of thumb is, Have the kitty checked out at your expense... She has no one to blame but herself.

They are supposed to be a non profit but they have fundraisers all the time with no paid employes,all volunteer drivers with no reimbursement, no office space....all performed on Internet thru FB,. They don't rescue cats just transport and with a hefty price if you want it done in a timely manner. They transport sick animals without health certificates. And accept no responsibility for anything,it is all laid to blame on drivers (volunteers by the way). I would stay far away from this group of master manipulators. I would give them 0 stars if I could!

We were informed before anything could be arranged, the adopter as well as the rescue would be required to join the group. Everyone involved found this to be unacceptable for a group that proclaims to be of volunteers. We were unable to gain any information from them until this first process was completed. After doing further research on several venues we became aware that the group has previously lost a cat while in transit, has failed to deliver cats to their adopter, has prevented adoption from being completed and has transported more than one cat which was sick prior to and during transport which resulted in at least 1 death of a cat. We also became aware that this group states that they are a 501(c) non-profit group, but asks for donations from everyone involved in a transport of a cat. We asked for someone to explain this on their main page and received a private message and our question had been removed from their site. Finding several discrepancies in their procedures, we opted to seek the services of another volunteer group who did not require admittance to their group or charge a fee for transporting a cat by their volunteers. Would certainly not recommend this group as a viable source to transport a cat. Do your research before you put the life of a cat in the hands of a group who claims something on their FB page and then does completely the opposite. This site requires you rate the services, so the lowest possible was to give one flag. Would like to have been able to not give any.
