  1) I've priced around to have my basement bathroom finished (it's already roughed in) and the lowest I was able to find anywhere was about $5,000 2) I've used Morgan Wheatley (Maximum Plumbing) for plumbing services on multiple occasions and have been impressed with his fairness and professionalism.
