  Hey Mark Hughes I'm currently selling off all the contracts that come into my vancouver office as we are slammed in our AB office but the company I sell my work to is called Caliber West Renovations and the owner is Joey Manette. You can google them an d check out their work on their site some of it is also featured on my site www.fusionrenovations.com and I would 100% vouch for them. You definitely want the ceiling issue dealt with properly. If you do call Joey, let him know you're a friend of mine. Whatever you decide to do, research the person/company you decide to go with thoroughly. anyone worth using will have no problem providing proof of insurance coverage, references etc. Hope that helps and keep up the side bending status updates please!
