  Definitely recommend Barry Firth in Queensbury. http://www.firthcycles.com/ There's good coffee served in the mornings as well. And if you want to build up your fitness without embarrassing yourself, come out with the CTC - http://calderdalectc.org.uk/ . You'll see more mudguards and carradice saddle bags than with the IMPS!
