  Colton W. wrote: Hired to help do a make ready on an apartment complex for a unit. Some of the work was done pretty great including the installation of the lights that needed replaced. Everything else was rushed and done shoddy including the painting and installation of trim work,The handyman and is worker were even smoking in the apartment and bragged about not paying taxes. Biggest problem is the one year warranty that was offered. A door was replaced on the unit and the handle on the tub in the faucet. In the first month the handle broke off the tub and the door to the unit leaks during hard rains. The contractor offered to come fix the issue the next week but never showed. For the past two months the contractor has been ignoring calls and texts. I had tenant with a different phone number and voice call and leave a message like she was asking for business and he called her back within the hour. VERY Poor Customer Service and I will not longer use in the future for any of my rental units.
