  Etelka Bridal Alterations Etc it's inside the Meijer in Elgin on Randall Rd number is 847-488-0167. She just did mine a few months ago did an AMAZING JOB! and she can get it done as quick as you need it, and will still hold onto it and have it pressed and steamed for pick up the day before your wedding or day of so it looks perfect for the big day.

  Hi! Does anyone out there have a recommendation for an EXCELLENT tailor who can make some potentially complex alterations to a wedding dress? Wedding is in two weeks and might need to have some additional work done that my current tailor doesn't feel comfortable doing herself. I at least want to take it in for a 'second opinion' to see if it needs the work or if I am just being too picky! :-)

  Hi Nicole- I just had my dress altered by a woman named Etelka Vendegh in Elgin. Her # is 847.488.0167. I think she did an amazing job on my dress. Hope it helps!
