  Alright. I'm completely exasperated with online listing websites. Any realtors you would recommend for rental properties? I'm looking for 2 bed, 1.5-2 bath, dog friendly, and under $1,000. Feel free to throw me places you know or anything you've seen out and about. The online listings are not what's out there, and I really am tired of the "fall in love with house but it hasn't been available in 6 years and also only allows dog under 4.5 pounds" game. Help me Spring Hill. (And to keep this post in spirit... AND GO!)

  Tropicshoresrealty.com only lists current rentals, but it's only rentals that have been entered into the state-wide MLS system.

  I just checked the MLS for your price range. White Diamond Realty, Florida Real Estate Store, Ashton Realty Group, and Tropic Shores Realty all have homes available that fit your criteria. These are active listings but they tend to go fast at this price point.

  Does anyone know of any houses for rent in Spring Hill that are 4bedrooms and around $1200/mo? Me, my husband and our 3 small children are looking to move by Feb 1st. Currently in Sterling Hills But open to any nice neighborhood. I have checked Craigslist, Zillow and trulia but I really don't want to deal with anyone asking for $50-100 application fees.
