  I need some help. A friend is coming into town next month and has asked me for suggestions for a restaurant outside Disney property that's "a nice adult-time place" that isn't touristy. I'm at a loss! We don't eat right outside property that much. Anyone have any suggestions?

  The Chef's Table and the Tasting Room - a straight shot from Disney up 429 ~25 minutes. No traffic, no tourists, great hidden gem that is one of Zagat's top rated in the Orlando area.

  Chef's Table is pretty fancy fixed menu dining, but reasonable at $55/person. Tasting Room (where we go) is best tapas and drinks in Central FL, so you can spend as little or as much as you want. Its classy, but not stuffy. We go pretty regularly to meet friends or on dates.
