I have a client that is in need of a caterer. WEDDING IS ON 06/25/2016.
Her wants: pasta's like fettuccine, in season vegetables and fruits. Chicken and possibly steak. Buffet style. That might have an OLCC certified employee to serve wine.
Also she is in search of a winery that does not charge ridiculous corking fees per bottle. And will send an employee possibly to serve the wine.
She would prefer a caterer that has been used and is verified as an excellent caterer, not choosing out of a book or online.
