Stephanie B. wrote: Ashley's photographs are edited to look soft and romantic, which is a lovely style but beyond that the pictures are very average quality. Her price was CHEAP, but unfortunately you get what you pay for. It was important to us to have a second photographer to capture such moments as the groomsmen's morning at the church, and in our contract it was stated that a second photographer would be present. However, without warning the second photographer was a no-show. When confronted about this, Ashley said "I shoot most of my weddings solo" - implying that not only our contract, but ALL contracts, are treated only as loose agreements. She also took 8 weeks to return our photos to us; after 6 weeks when I checked in she said it would be "a couple of days" but it was not until I emailed again after 8 weeks that she quickly finished up the photos. Overall, she is very unprofessional and when met with complaints about her lack of communication in the breach of contract she was immature and defensive. Wish we had paid more for a real professional rather than deal with this.Thank you for your feedback. -
