  useful tips thanks, I'd suggest Steve was being ironic although I was considering getting drunk and calling an ambulance for free... Nessa an epic fail on my part, lesson learnt! Recommend these guys however: http://www.locksmithhertfordshire.co.uk/ - cheaper than £400 and the van wasn't red with sirens and blue lights
