About us
The Dog Spot is Salado's first luxury dog & cat boarding facility. At The Dog Spot we do more than just “warehouse” your pet. We understand that your pet is a member of the family and should be treated as such.
At The Dog Spot all of our rooms are climate controlled so that your dog will feel comfortable in any season. We offer different types of rooms to match any type of personality. Does your pup prefer some solitude? Or maybe he just isn't a big fan of the outdoors. That's not a problem. We have a room for that! How about the pup that has a little more energy or enjoys the outdoors? We have a room for that too! We also have deluxe rooms that are perfect for larger dogs or families.
In addition to our cage-free boarding we offer interactive doggy daycare, which is a fun option for your pet and is also a great chance for socialization. We also offer grooming! Our Dog Spot groomer has years of experience and can give your pup the style that he or she needs. Dog Spot also offers training to cover all of your dog’s needs. Basic to advanced obedience, loose-leash walking courses, private courses, and behavior modification are all offered at the Dog Spot.
