  I second Angela Eng Larkin 's recommendation for Dr. Patricia Berran at 1500 Pleasant Valley Way in West Orange (across from the Turtleback Zoo. Her number is (973) 736-9936. Dr. Berran gave me a prescription for physical therapies while another doctor wants to give me shots, and within months I was okay and no more pain, and that was at least 3 years ago.
