  Does anyone know of a good vet that doesn't cost an arm and a leg? My dog is having very bad itching problems, its gotten to where hes raw on his neck and stomach and we can't afford very much. We have some spray that provides temporary relief but its not a solution. The last place we took him to the vet was very rude and it cost over $300 for a check up and medicated shampoo. Im very concerned and just want him healthy again :( Also, he doesn't have fleas, we checked.
