This means that they have nothing to lose if they would do a shabby job, which is exactly what they did to me. Ever since Mr. Mastay of Master's Electrical Service Company installed the TESLA charging station I had problems with it. The car was not charging properly. Finally, we asked an Electrical Inspector to examine it. The Inspector has proclaimed this installation to be in violation of Electrical Code. He stated that it is deficient and unsafe and shall be removed and replaced entirely. It is hard to believe that an electrician would make such major mistakes out of shear incompetence, especially since I provided Mastay with Tesla Wall Connector Installation pamphlet. Most likely he did this out of greed. Although he charged me a lot of money ($1,100 for one day service), he cut corners on materials and workmanship. This is obviously an unscrupulous, low quality electrician and an arrogant man. Unfortunately, the Inspector couldn’t strip him of his Electrical License because he doesn’t have any. I would never let them into my house again. Stay away from this shabby company.
