  hi all... big problem here... long story short, I had dish network come out today to replace the dish....when the tech went onto my fire escape, he got zapped by some stray voltage, 116V AC, to be exact. I had to call NSTAR, they were here all day trying to isolate....bottom line, it's coming from the house I'm attached to and NSTAR had to cut their power. they have a 2 yr old living there, plus a woman who's on oxygen... they need an electrician...does anyone know of a decent licensed electrician who won't rake them thru the coals? thanx so much...
