  For the appliance repair - I used Armao's (440) 354-0550 - they were there same day, and cheap! (after being rescheduled by Sears for like 3 days.) Furnace repair - call Lew's Reliable - (440) 946-8521 - again, great service and they don't overcharge for unnecessary bs! Good Luck!
