If you need to even THINK about being polite to customers, you are doing something wrong!
Additionally, I was unable to get a delivery window with less than a 5 hour gap or obtain a delivery date on Friday for the following Monday-Friday. I was told I would receive a call "sometime Monday."
Please go to another retail store where you will be treated with respect and have professional customer service assistance.
