He is in Syracuse. The 1 st helped my brother-in-law with his dog (and I believe trains police dogs) and the 2 nd has worked with dogs from Humane society and rescue groups. I don't know what either charge but believe both give free first consultation (but don't quote me on that). Best of luck.
