  My mother in law stays at the asheville terrace and they have appartments for rent. She pays 190 a month. Her light bill runs about 50 a month. She recieves 890 a month. She has a 1 bedroom and has plenty of space. if you call them they will take his application. We got her in her apt in about 2 weeks. She had to show proof of her check and a bank statement. I am not sure what a 2 bedroom would run. Their number is 828-255-8345

  Aunt Bernice lives at Asheville terrace. Also might try Compton place off Leicester hwy those are also based on income. Compton place is abit nicer.
