The Tailoring Room on Clinton St. in the LES (212) 253-2031 Or try Alice on 2 W 45 th St in midtown-westside (212) 840-7657, she can even weave up holes (she weaved up a hole in a few wool suits and a sweater for me when I was at Cravath)
Looking for a tailor Just bought a new suit and need my sleeves shortened. The place I usually go to does suits but cannot replicate the non-functional sleeve button stitching so I need a place that does that sort of stitching. Thanks in advance!

[The Tailoring Room](http://www.thetailoringroom.com/) is my go-to for any alterations beyond hemming pants. I've had both functional and non-functional sleeves shortened there.
Looking for a tailor in NYC (Manhattan) Does anyone have a tailor that they recommend in Manhattan?

I've been going to the tailoring room in the LES for the past few years. Have had suits altered, pants tapered, etc and they always turn out great. http://www.thetailoringroom.com
