  Not on the peninsula, but I have been going to Doug Stevenson at Stevenson Tire in Fremont for years. I know it's a bit of a drive from this area, but Doug is fair and trustworthy and to me, that's worth the extra mileage. He's on Peralta Blvd. in Fremont and the number is 510-796-9900.
