  HELP! A year ago my computer crashed because of a virus. Dell fixed it remotely, cost $140 and another $80 for McAfee. Warranty expired 3/7. Did not renew it. 3/26 I get a virus that makes my Yahoo email impossible to read. Another $140 to dell and they'll fix it. Coincidence or scam? Ideas anyone? Must I rely on Dell again or does someone know somebody who could fix it for less??? Everything else on my computer seems ok.

  I realize that you have a friend looking at your computer this time, but for future needs, I have a nephew, Kevin, who has a business called The Computer Resale Store (on Manchester in Rockhill) who sells refurbished computers and does repairs/virus removal/reloads,etc. He's good and he's very reasonably priced!!!
