I reallyyyyy hate vets. To me they are pushy and are gun ho on vaccines and etc. My cat I believe has a gum infection and I need to take him in. Can someone recommend a vet that will change my mind about vets. Not lefferts.

Does anybody have a recommendation for a good veterinary medic that has experience with cats and legitimately cares about the animals?

I go to the forest hills cat hospital. Dr jay Luger. http://www.foresthillscathospital.com Been using them for 30 years. Only cats nothing but cats. He is knowledgeable caring and kind. His staff is great. Have had cats with all sorts of problems and he has been there tending to them with compassion. He is the oldest cats only practice on the east coast.

Hi All! My sister has asked me to ask you all - can anyone recommend a kind and compassionate vet in the Woodside and surrounding areas? (she has a cat). Many thanks!

The Forest Hills Cat Hospital ~ 79-18 Eliot Ave. in Middle Village. (718) 416-2282. Dr. Jay Luger and staff are wonderful. I have been taking my cats there for 30 years, and that's many cats!
Does anyone know of a good groomer for my cats? Around Glendale or the surrounding neighborhoods? Would like to get them a lion cut for the summer time? Thanks!!
