Recommendations for a sports physical therapist? I have recently gotten into power lifting, and one of the first things I noticed is my form is off for my squat (my lower back rounds at the bottom of my squat). After noticing this, I kept the weight light and did some extra stretches and exercises to help fix my form. My form has gotten *a little* better, but pain in my lower back seems to have gotten worse.
I'm looking for a physical therapist who can help me instead of telling me to stop weight lifting altogether. Any power lifters in the area ever go through something like this and know of anyone I can turn to?
Does anyone know of an awesome Chiropractor in the Gainesville, Bristow, Manassas area?

Dr. Kevin Maggs in Heritage Hunt. Kevin is an absolute expert and specializes in Actiive Release Technique (ART), and does a lot of work with triathletes, runners, and normal folks, like me. I swear by his work. after years with numerous MDs, Orthopedics, even acupuncture, Dr. Maggs was able to relieve my neck/shoulder discomfort in about 4 sessions. I go back for a "tune up" every few months. 703-753-5599
