  Ok so I injured my knee a week ago it has been very swollen since, gotta get some tests done Dr says looks like acl tear and whatever they call the ligament on the inside , I'm not to familiar with the local ortho surgeons.... any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated ..
