  (412) 856-1290 is name is Bob he specializes in cut and color. He is the cheapest in Pittsburgh. And you won't be guessing what Color your hair is going to be after. He can cut and ll give you body that you've never had before. He will sit and talk to you verses jumping right in. When YOU are in his chair YOU have his undivided attention from him and his assistant. Tell him I suggested him.
