But if you have to replace the glass, it will be subject to a deductible. Be careful using the "pop up" repair folks. Not all, but some will keep your insurance info and file multiple false repair claims over a period of time. You could check with Safelite, 800-800-2727.

Stacey D. asked:Just wanted to send a big shout out to Safelite Auto Glass on Keith Bridge Road in Cumming . My rear view mirror fell off last week in the heat. I called a couple places that would reattach it for $50+. I called Safelite and they said that's a service the provide for free to their customers. I told them I've never used them and they told me to bring my car up. I was there less than 10 minutes! They carefully scraped off the previous adhesive and reapplied the mirror. They also reattached a gasket thats been barely hanging on and vacuumed my car! I kep waiting for the upsell but all I got was my keys back and big "thank you, have a nice day".
