  My parents use Duane Boucher http://www.boucherrealestate.com/ If you call him let him know you know my dad Rick and Joel, Joel just sold his house through him in less than 1 week for asking price. My Parents bought their condo through him AND then susequently went though them to rent it. I'm sure he'll come by and help you out.
